Symposium Scope & Objectives

This symposium will explore the cutting-edge advancements in nanomembrane science and environmental functional materials, addressing both fundamental understanding and real-world applications. Topics will include the fabrication, characterization, and application of nanomembranes, with a particular focus on their transport mechanisms under nanoconfinement. Additionally, the symposium will highlight recent innovations in the development of environmental functional materials, emphasizing their role in addressing sustainability challenges. Through discussions on novel material design, operando characterization techniques, and emerging applications, this session aims to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and accelerate the translation of nanoscience into impactful environmental solutions.
